tdy they asked us to meet at 8am oni to let us crowd in the storeroom like refugees n wait until 9.30.. -__-

when i reached there there were a lot of policemen.. need to go thru the scanner to check for metal stuffs.. security quite tight.. den i went to the storeroom wif the rest b4 we got chased out by one person who said we crowding the area n ppl cant move abt.. -__-".. after tat the person-in-charge finally arrived n it was v messy until we finally settled down in the storeroom n the aisle outside.. imagine sitting in a cramped storeroom n the aisle outside is v narrow oso.. as if we refugees like tat..

stoned until they told us to get ready den we took our flags n waited outside the room lor.. heart started to beat v fast cos a lot of high-ups inside watching mah.. den finally start the actual thing liao.. initially everything went as planned.. feeling v stylo n smart.. haha.. who noes the mcee din read out china's name n called the country after china.. den the person standing behind china stunned n nvr go out lor.. n the 3rd flag oso.. so end up its 3 flags standing there until the 4th flag moved out den everything followed as planned.. when i was holding the flag n walking down the aisle i felt like i was walking with wind.. haha..

but den after tat we had to stand still holding the flags while some angmoh n the minister of defence made their speeches.. first speech was of reasonable length lor.. its the minister's speech tat is vvvvv long n i can feel my body starting to sway liao.. i think both speeches add up to around 10 min.. try standing at attention for tat period of time.. sheer torture.. den the minister toked so mani stuffs.. wat 3 areas.. i almost fainted.. den "the first area blahblahblah".. tout finished liao den he went "the 2nd area is ....".. n after duno how mani min den "the 3rd area..".. by tat time my feet almost numb.. when he finally said "i hereby declare the ceremony open" i was like "finally"..

n den we had to move up to the stage lor.. almost couldnt move cos my feet numb.. after tat had to wait for the ppl to leave b4 we can put down the flag n roll them up.. but they took their own sweet time n some even stayed back n chit chat.. -___-.. den the mcee finally cued us to lower the flag n it was over!! by tat time most of us almost had trouble walking out..

after tat was gather around n asking wat happened tat caused the 3 flags to b stuck there lor.. den they stayed for some briefing on thurs lobang.. some int'l sports olympiad thing.. mi n my fren not int cos they oni pay $40 for 7 hrs n it starts at 6.30am.. den my fren asked the person-in-charge if we have to return them anithing.. he said mayb the polo tee n the badge.. ?!!! the first thing i tout was they so cheapo still want the shirt back when we have worn it.. cant even let us keep the shirt.. after tat den he say mayb we can keep it cos they cant reuse aniway.. the yr 2005 is printed on the shirt.. -___-""

so we left for century square to eat sakae sushi! first time eat sushi.. not bad quite tasty.. at first planned to eat wif ah ma n my sis cos i got $5 discount voucher.. but after counting den each person oni save $1.25 n i think each person min spend around $10+ so its not worth oso.. aniway my sis pok liao.. haha.. so we went to eat on our own.. ordered teppayaki chicken ramen, 2 sushi, fried tofu, one handwrap n 2 dunno wat name.. all quite tasty but its quite ex.. even after discount each person still paid $10+..

after tat walk around for some digestion b4 coming back.. my mum commented tat i looked like a cleaner-woman when i wore the polo-tee.. -__-".. xcuse mi im qatar's rep ok.. muz show mi some respect.. haha.. den i told my sis wat i ate for sakae sushi n her eyes were like -___-.. dunno if tdy's news will show us carrying the flag or not.. haha.. i think some reporter took pics of my fren n some other ppl carrying their flags..
