bad breath
duno if its bcos my nose has become more sensitive recently or its the bad weather. seems like most of the ppl around me got bad breath. in the bus, strangers got body odour, esp after work where they stink like they nvr bathe for days. at work, my colleagues all got bad breath n its v suffocating when i ask them qns n they bend down to look at my computer screen. +o( now no more long pang after work, have to squeeze with all these smelly fellows on the bus, realli boei tahan. n its hard to time the time to knock off. today the weekly meeting got cancelled, so i tout can leave on the dot. den suddenly last min my team lead come n find me ask qns, so i missed my shuttle bus n have to walk out to take bus. damn sian.
i rejected the job offer today. hopefully i dun regret it.. -__-. but at least i noe i dun realli feel happy abt the offer, not like when i got the job offer at my current company. haiz. hard to find one which is gd n which i like. time is running out..

峰回路转
went for another interview today. i think its pretty dramatic. reached the co, saw another guy filling in the application form, n after the receptionist informed the manager of my arrival, i saw the manager escorting out another candidate. seems like a lot of ppl applying..
waited at the meeting room for like 10 mins b4 the manager entered with another 2 guys. started off by telling me to describe my work scope, then the manager asked me if i noe this. i said no work exp in it but learnt it in sch. den the manager arrow one guy asked him if got qn to ask. tat guy asked me if i noe tat. i said no. the manager den arrowed another guy to ask me qn. he asked if i oni use c in my work. i said yes, but i oso got learn other prog lang in sch. den theres an awkward pause. seems like the guys got nothing to ask cos i duno wat they require, n the manager keep asking them if got qns to ask. den the manager say since they cant ask me anything technical cos i dun have the relevant exp, mayb i just describe myself, like how i am in sch n work. after which they went out to discuss n left me in the room for around 20 mins? i think the whole interview lasted for around 5 to 10 mins nia.
by this time i tout its pretty hopeless oredi. first time c interviewers duno wat to ask me. lol. den the manager came in, asked me if i got any qns. i asked him to describe the proj. den he described blahblahblah. after tat he told me my work exp is v specialised, so its v hard for me to find another similar job. n if i work there for too long den its v hard for me to change job without pay cut. den he say he offer me this much amt n 6 mths probation, not based on my work exp, but rather he require me to pick up things fast. n 3 mths probation is too short.
i asked him a few other qns, den i asked him if need frequent ot. he said the normal working hrs is at least 0.5 hrs later than knock-off time, n its normal to work till 7.30. asked me to b realistic, IT field work ot is normal. even asked me to ask my frens who got knock off on time one. den asked me wat time i knock off. n he say hes expecting me to put in hard work n prove myself, somemore i stay so near so ot shldnt b prob. asked me wats my definition of ot. i told him occasional ot is expected, like rushing to meet deadlines etc, but frequent ot seems a bit.. deep in my mind i was thinking if everyday ot until 6.30 or 7.30 den might as well put official working hrs as 7.30. den i forgot wat he say. basically its just the same stuffs: i dun have relevant exp, he offer me based on (mayb) my willingness to learn n pick up things fast, my work is highly specialised, if i go outside other cos will oni offer me tat much (means paycut). den he asked me to reply him by mon.
sigh.. i rather he dun offer me the job. now its as if i v picky to turn down the offer. but i think i will still turn down, cos its not realli programming, boss n i different work values, boss dun look like v easy to work with, co looks v cramped. sian. seems like current co is still the best. if oni the co is doing well.. dun understand y everyday need to ot. if do things fast den wat for stay back. n if work is always so much then it means the co is understaffed.
anyway, seems like arriving at the co early n den sit at the busstop play game brings luck to me. both time i sat the busstop play game while waiting for interview time n both times my interview passed. hopefully nxt one will b lucky oso

complain complain
starting to loathe my new proj. duno if its bcos i not used to it, or its bcos i nuah too long so now lazy to learn new things, or i simply dun like the proj. so different from the prev proj, n the hardware is so limited. do debugging still need h/w to test, n the h/w is shared by many ppl. it doesnt help tat the team is now downsized, n one of the guys is not v mentor-frenly. ask him one qn n instead of giving me all the steps, he just give me step 1. after finished step 1 n got stuck, den need to ask him again for step 2. n he keeps closing the IM window after he replied, seems like v bu nai fan when i IM him. wtf. at least now i noe y the team lead assigned another guy to b my mentor last time. even though he v blur on certain things but hes v helpful n even bothered to follow up with me on my progress. well at least now im feeling more motivated to find a new job, but cant seem to find suitable ones. mayb im too picky.. haizeveryday seems like time not enough. read newspapers, watch tv, search for jobs, search for flats, do facial, msn, read books, do jap hw etc etc. all these in only 4.5 hrs, n tat is if i leave the co at 5. work is realli a necessary evil. take up so much time.. if i have the 5 million water vat i will retire now. loljust checked the hdb website n i realised there r still 7 new flats left in sengkang for malays n indians. so gd for them. we chinese dun even have flats n yet they still got extra. dun understand y hdb cant just give us the flats instead of pushing us to the resale market. just from the balloting fees alone they oredi earn until siao. everytime ballot pay $10, n its not refundable if u dun get a flat. imagine how many ballots they have n how many unsuccessful ppl there r..

tough luck
seems like things not going v smoothly. want to change jobs but all those jobs tat look suitable r located in the west. want to buy flat but all flats priced so high. finally found one cheap one but fengshui not gd. pengz. later found one not bad oso but family say too exp. realli duno how oso. sian 1/2 oredi
just changed my room layout last sat. now no more piano n double decker bed. room looks roomier n brighter. BUT tat is if the pig is not at home. otherwise no matter how big the room is she can still make it look v small. just like yest, her bed open, her laptop on the floor blocking the way, den another bowl n mug on the floor. cant even walk properly. -______-. cant imagine how it will b like when she comes home for 3 mths during the sch break. ahhhhhhhh

cold cold
these few days weather suddenly turned cold n kept raining everyday. siao siao one. so cold until today i wear one long-sleeved top n one jacket still not enough. brr... reminds me of tat time when we went taipei. also raining n v cold.. i think the temperature tat time was around 21 deg. den just now i breathed out got one layer of mist formed on the helmet. haha. feels like back in alishan.. breathe oso can c the air come out one. tat time my childish father kept breathing out for the pig to take video of the air. hahah. suddenly feel like going travelling again.. tat bro told me air tix to phuket oni $0.99. tout we mayb going phuket. den later heard him calling his fren say 2 couples den wat bk ticket. sian. tempt me to go travel den end up he go wif his frens. T.T. one fren going japan, the other going australia. argh.. when will it b my turn?

major changes
yest my ballot number almost came out again! argh.. this time i got buy n the 2nd digit came out different. shit. haiz mayb shldnt think too much abt it, otherwise later become addicted gambler. haha
my bro bought a new printer n router! woo.. now finally can use live msn at home again. icons icons icons! n the new printer can scan one.. quality not bad. but he say split the cost of the router among 3 of us. -__-. was intending to act blur n dun pay but this morning he asked me if i got $10. i lent him den he came in n asked for another $10. den he say eh pay for the router so dun need to pay u back. @$@#%@$! so 贱招.
this yr our house underwent major changes. first was the renovation, then it was the new electrical appliances. now my father started clearing out his junk, n den the piano got shifted out from my room to his room. after which my double decker bed will become a single deck, the tables n cupboards get shifted here n there, n den we will start painting! probably nxt wk will start shifting the arrangement liao.. hopefully the room will look more spacious. all these work started bcos of one burst n leaking kitchen cabinet... the impact realli huge sia.

house viewing
went to view one flat just now. corridor flat, near main road, broken ceiling but otherwise newly renovated. like tat want to ask for 50k extra. crazy.. initially i tout its 35k extra, duno y go there become 50k extra. den just now called a few agents again, almost all say min need 30k extra. at least this time the agents i called r more frenly n patient, except for one bitch who hanged up on me. n it was so sudden tat i was still toking until i realised the line was cut off. tmd..
just now saw on news govt offering 9k for those who choose to stay with parents. duno abt details yet.. i wonder if it applies to single ppl. haha. i doubt ppl will want to stay with parents just for the sake of 9k. if yes den gd loh. hope everybody dun buy flats n let me buy. hoho

damn agents
called some agents just now to enquire abt the flats they r selling. some of them r realli damn rude n arrogant. most sounded curt, mayb want to save phone bills or wat. the first one asked me wat i want, n when i said i want to find out the price he din even bother to tell me the price. just told me the cash to top up n asked me if its over my budget. i said its a bit high n he just said ok den hanged up the phone. wth! now market doing good so they can give ppl these kind of attitudes. i would like to see how they behave when the property market crash. hope they go begging around for sales n get snubbed by ppl. kns
my ballot number came up again in yest's draw, except tat its in reverse order. last wk was first 2 digits exchanged places, this wk is in reverse order. mayb nxt wk will b the actual number..
