tdy got one unreasonable cust.. siao one.. told her i check den call her back later den she say she taking half day leave so she cant wait for mi.. den my colleague say generate new file for her lor den wait one hr.. n the cust took it as i admitting tat my co give her the wrong file tats y she got prob.. i oni thinking of alternatives to solve the prob ok.. kept 咄咄逼人 n say "so its ur co fault rite.. give mi wrong file tats y got error.." @##@$$#.. n guess wat? her colleague called back later n said they solved the prob cos one of the steps they took was wrong.. n she said its bcos the instructions in our manual nt clear.. @#$#@$.. ownself stupid still blame other ppl.. other ppl all use same manual nvr complain anithing

den afternoon got one weird prob.. ask one colleague den he ask another one n tat one ask another one.. end up go to programming dept to ask.. den everybody came to my pc n c the error.. at this pt the miss piggy msned mi n the msg kept blinking.. -____-lll.. nvrm lor since msn is the "norm" here.. but still v paiseh mah.. scared the programmer go n click on the msg oso.. den still nt enuff.. my fren oso msn mi a few sec later.. -___________-llllll... super paiseh
