yest was back to basics.. well almost.. no tv no internet cos the cable wire sot (mayb due to rain).. entire block cant watch tv.. den cable internet affected oso.. heng i still got anime to watch so its not tat bad.. wanted to blog n complain yest but i think old sky oso fed up wif mi complaining everyday so it sot the cable

tdy nthing much.. calls r lesser but still got custs toke to mi halfway den request to toke to more exp ppl.. juz as well.. save mi trouble.. but prob is everytime i fwd calls den colleagues noe its mi.. mayb cos they can c from the phone or the cust big mouth go rattle to them or wat.. yest even got "told off" by one of them cos i fwded 2 calls to her.. they have no qualms abt letting custs wait.. heck care them

den colleague told mi i can go install the software wif the faq file n read so tat i can expect wat kind of qns the custs ask.. so bai chi.. the software which the custs dld from the website themselves dun have the faq file.. might as well let them dld the faq version den they can troubleshoot themselves first n save us trouble..

the tout of resigning nxt wk is v tempting.. no more phone calls no more irate customers no more 鸡同鸭讲.. but den v scary when i think of going to my boss's office n give him the letter n having to face the shock n surprise from the rest of the ppl.. n quit liao oso duno work as wat or can find another job or not.. but i think nxt wk the no of calls will increase den mayb got more temptation to quit
