tdy is crazy lah.. every few min got call until i resort to blocking my phone to steal a few moments of peace.. but den my mentor saw my phone was blocked n told mi to take calls.. tell mi to go slow eh? *scowl*

early morn kena complain by not 1 but a few customers.. some even asked for my name.. one went as far as to say they shldnt let mi handle calls if im new cos im wasting everybody's time.. "u r wasting everybody's time u noe??" 妈的爸的哥的姐的.. u think i want to handle calls issit? duno wat my mentor is thinking.. ppl call helpdesk sure expect prompt reply on the spot.. i haven even learn everything den ask mi to put the calls on hold if i duno.. i transfer call den she say dun transfer.. get their details n tell them she will call back later while she assign to other ppl.. like this oso call gd cust svc.. small co realli anihow do things one.. juz like wat my bro said

another weird cust call n say my colleague advised her sth but she forgot who.. den when i offer to transfer her to another exp person she say its best if the same colleague can follow up.. so i say i help her trace the person n call her back.. den she say "u sure u can trace? if no den u r wasting my time u noe.." transfer u u dun want help u trace u dun want den wat u want?! go die lah

was quite tempted to quit nxt wed when everybody suddenly so frenly.. one said "u take call liao ar? 上岸了.. nvm take ur time.." its more like 下海 than 上岸.. den another asked where i usu eat n recommended another eating place.. i juz smile smile n carry on smsing pig telling her i want to quit.. haa.. den hr manager walked by n ask mi hows the job.. whether its too boring or nt my kind of job or still learning.. i say still learning.. was blur from answering all those calls.. shld have told her frankly its not my kind of job.. she say its gd at least can learn things rather than boring job rite.. eh this one is boring oso lor

colleagues oso v willing to explain how to solve the prob n even bother to ask mi if i have solved the prob wif the cust.. told mi initially its like tat one.. got ani prob can go ask them.. mayb i look too stressed or stoned.. haa.. keep going toilet break or tea break.. but prob is i realli hate the job.. sai kang job.. n some custs oredi specifically call for mi liao.. shit.. but heng they r the nicer ones who keep thanking mi even though i have to keep checking n calling them back to solve every little prob
