tdy we were walking out for lunch when my colleague suddenly say if i convert to perm den i can travel to japan for work liao.. huh? i said depends ba.. the pm haven even mentioned anithing abt conversion yet.. den he say it depends on hr's mood.. i tout he got hear some news or wat.. he said nope.. den he asked me when's my contract ending

after tat suddenly got last-min meeting.. my pm say she leaving the proj wif another colleague to another proj.. :(.. toke a bit n asked us whether we got ani concerns.. she turned to me n i shook my head.. den she say dun worry so much abt my conversion.. she oredi queue my name in the list to the hr liao.. O.O. muz b my colleague go tell her i worry a lot.. -__-.. he asked me a few times whether i want to convert to perm liao.. den after tat she said something abt writing the performance report n say i better get myself familiar wif this cos it's oni for perm n i duno abt this..

den after tat she IM me to ask if i got ani qns again.. i asked her abt my conversion n she say depends on whether got vacancies for perm.. den i may need to b more visible to other managers oso so tat when the nomination comes its easier for me to get it.. but my fren say its rubbish leh.. oni ur own pm noe abt ur capabilities.. n my pm is got some authority one.. aniway my pm said she hope to see me sitting in a perm cube SOON.. wah even put it in caps wor.. keke

tmr got half-day break to go communicasia exhibition! yeah.. finally my digicam can be put to gd use.. n juz nice my bro came back from his mt trip.. borrowed my cam for abt 6 days.. -__-.. i haven even use yet den he borrow liao.. luckily it came back in gd condition.. haa. else i ask him to compensate a fx01 to me
