been busy wif work this wk.. feel so sian.. nt oni wif the work but oso wif the knowledge of ofc mgmt stuffs.. seems like the mgmt ppl r realli gd at toking crap

the first crap i heard was the MD telling the perm staff during a presentation tat promotion is nt based on work performance.. seems to hint tat promotion is based on luck n curry favour.. some ppl say theres no pt working hard liao

the second crap was from POC.. she is nt called POC for nothing.. arrow me some sai kang work but din bother to tell me theres no need to do it animore until the status meeting.. luckily i din put in much effort oso.. cos theres no pt working hard! haa. this is the most practical n useful advice i've heard.. goes to show tat theres no pt working fast oso.. y rush into the work when we can wait for a few days for more updates n den the work automatically gets reassigned to other ppl? its nt the first time oredi.. they nvr bother to get the facts rite n anihow arrow ppl.. after which they will reassign to other ppl

big boss oso come n toke to us.. show us stats showing tat co is making money.. so wat.. the ofc is nt getting expanded soon.. n the money earned is nt coming back to us as bonuses or salary increment..

my manager advised me to b more visible so that i can convert to perm easier.. another guy who i think is nt v visible n joined in 2 mths later than me is getting converted to perm together wif me.. sux. they better give us 2 cubes at the same time or none at all.. wait oni 1 cube available.. who gets it first?
