had a weird dream yesterday.. dreamt tat my project got canned n my ex-manager was giving out letters n farewell gifts.. most likely the letters were termination letters.. she gave me two necklaces.. quite pretty.. but my letters were mixed up with someone else's.. i remembered feeling a sense of relief as if i finally got some legitimate reason to change jobs.. ??.. wondered if the dream is a sign asking me to change jobs.. lol.. n duno y i dreamt abt my ex-manager giving out the letters instead of my current manager.. hmm...

received news this week tat two of my colleagues got promoted.. n they only joined a few months earlier than me.. -__-.. so pissed when i heard tat.. but then who to blame.. they more outspoken than me n had taken up lead roles.. n somemore i heard tat the contract work doesnt count towards promotion.. -__-.. means i worked for nothing for 1 yr.. damn those HR policies. wonder if this implies a discrimination towards contractors? nxt time better work as a perm rather than contractor.. if my ex-manager still around den mayb got chance.. doubt my current manager dare to fight those HR policies.. but den most prob she will say i nvr speak up during meeting.. haiz. sometimes i wonder y those ppl so much things to toke during meetings.. mayb i shld toke nonsense even though i have nothing to toke just for the sake of toking.. haha
