money no enough
just received the letter from hdb agent regarding his commission. walao.. just the gst alone cost a few hundred dollars oredi! @$$@!%#. the agent earn commission machiam v easy. nvr even do much for us buyers n yet can earn 1%. worst still he sides with the seller n not the buyer. sian.
nowadays buy flat realli exp. a colleague of mine was commenting now buy new flat cost almost the same as resale flats. i said ya the oni difference is that the new flats r new loh. with new flats so exp, n have to wait 4 yrs for a bto flat, no wonder the reproduction rate is dropping. heh. dun need a million dollar salary to understand the problem
saw from the newspapers regarding the gahmen pay cut. the engineer pay is the lowest of all the private sectors. n tat is even after a 20+% pay increment. haha. sad case. duno y still so mani ppl go engineering. work like slaves, earn so little
now want to go japan for honeymoon oso a bit jialat. stupid yen currency so strong. i casually comment to my colleague tat it sounds rather stupid to go japan now. n den he replied "yalor". -____-

kan cheong spider
recently i realised i have become more n more of a kan cheong spider. i cant stand it when ppl do things slower than me. eat slower, walk slower.. dun understand y when they eat noodles they must eat so daintly. must put all the noodles nicely into the spoon b4 they take a bite. by the time they place all the noodles nicely i think at least 1-2 mins would have passed. so leh jeh.. tats y i eat directly from the chopsticks, n den got commented tat the way i eat noodles is rather disgusting. -__-. oso dun understand y when almost everybody finished eating n r waiting for them, they still can yaya papaya, eat slow slow, sms, chit chat. grrr.. n den when ppl want to take their own sweet time n walk, they must walk in the middle of the pathway, blocking ur way n preventing u from overtaking them. yest when i went bugis for my jap exam i almost wanted to fire a whole load of bullets at the ppl. the damn mrt is so crowded tat everybody is squeezing each other, n its so hard to walk in the shopping centre without ppl blocking the way. AHHHH... need to constantly remind myself to take it easy...

updates
yest while watching the ten brothers show, my mum commented that this show already around when she was around 10 yrs old, then she said "wah so long liao.. almost 20 yrs". *faint* haha. she oredi 50 yrs still want to act young. if it's around when she was 10 den the show at least 40 yrs liao. cant imagine the storyline so long ago liao..
saw an ex-colleague today. seems the co going from bad to worse. now starting to retrench people.. even though previously there was retrenchment but our dept was still quite safe. at this rate i think prob the whole co will be pulled out of sgp.. heng i managed to change job b4 the financial crisis, otherwise now i think can suck thumb liao. quite sad to c the co become like this. used to b such a great co to work in. n it's even sadder cos i'm still holding onto its stocks. haha. sad. paper loss until siao.
met my bf's colleagues during a buffet today. i think it's not a v gd time to be introduced to new ppl over buffet, cos when u r eating halfway with the chicken still in your mouth n somehow it cannot be chewed off, then they come up to u n say "this is..." lol. want to swallow oso not enough time, so paiseh. n have to make small talk while the food is still in your hand. den run out of topic to toke oso paiseh to eat, scarcely look like a glutton. haha. dun eat den later food turn cold oso. my networking skills realli cmi..
