just received the letter from hdb agent regarding his commission. walao.. just the gst alone cost a few hundred dollars oredi! @$$@!%#. the agent earn commission machiam v easy. nvr even do much for us buyers n yet can earn 1%. worst still he sides with the seller n not the buyer. sian.
