yr 2008 will be gone tmr and den it will be going on to a new yr. i wonder what have i done this yr? let me think.. changed my job, bought a house.. other than tat seems nothing much. haha. one yr just passed like tat, n i dun think i will b making ani resolutions. probably will b too busy with work n housework nxt yr, haha. hopefully it will b a gd yr aheadas i told my frens, wedding planning is rather troublesome. even though mine is small scale one, but with the nitty gritty details to take care of, it can b rather leh jeh. n i think my wedding will b rather boring. mayb ppl just finish the dinner n leave. haha. now still lack of emcees.. i wonder if i shld arrow someone to b emcee..last wk i sms a fren to ask her if she is able to attend the dinner, n she replied "who is this?". i immediately regretted asking her.. n when i ask if she n her bf is attending, she said "ya i get back to u later". haiz. feel like telling her forget it u dun have to come. prob shldnt have asked her to come just for the sake of accompanying another fren who is attending. dun ask me y, i just find it damn rude when ppl use ya, lah, k in their sms or msn. make me feel like boxing them. den there's another fren who din even bother to reply my sms or email. duno if she's just out of sgp or ignoring my msgs. when it comes to wedding den u noe who r ur real frens.. who r the ones who r v excited to come n who r the ones who curse u for inviting them cos they have to give ang paos. aniway its gd tat they ignore. better than fly me kite at the last min

tis the season to b pui pui
xmas is coming.. n with all the upcoming gatherings, it means eat n eat n eat. this week had meetings with customers, n we ordered in fast food for lunch twice, with tea break in between somemore. nxt week's gathering will b more pizza, log cake, n duno wat. die liao, prepare to grow fat. met up with my old frens today. got a small pierre cardin bag as present! woo.. not those typical bag tat i would use but it looks nice. mayb can use for special occasions. somehow everytime after meeting up with old frens it feels like some kind of lag between reality. duno how to explain, just feel like become another person with frens. mayb super hyper, mayb toke a lot abt certain topics, den after gathering end it's back to routine life. today's group of old frens is japan-siao, so got to find out more abt j-dramas n music. n we may be going to japan during the same period of time. hopefully..everytime meet up with old frens, the same qn will pop up: "how's ur wedding planning?". cant imagine its less than 2 months away, n yet we nvr seem to do much. i guess our wedding is realli chin chai until duno wat. when the time comes nearer, den everybody will b in a stressed mood, cos everything will happen at the same time. wedding dinner, renovation, furniture hunting, move house, honeymoon. n of cos the most stressed thing is financial planning. if everybody agree on the same thing den mayb it will b easier to plan. the thought of it is oredi sian enough. sian. 钱钱钱不够用. need more ang pao during cny n wedding dinner.. lol

quiet is a character flaw
there r many kinds of ppl in this world, with many different kinds of personalities. somehow being quiet seems to b a flaw, while being noisy is not. no matter how competent u r, no matter how u can get things done, as long as u r quiet, ppl will expect u to change. i think its rather funni. n if there is a leader, there must b a follower to follow. but somehow in the workplace, ppl expect u to b leaders, to exhibit leadership. if everybody is a leader, then who will b the followers? makes me kind of wonder the type of narrow mindset everybody has at work.

relaxed week
this week is a particularly good week. went for a 1 week course at city area, which not only mean no work for 1 week, but also mean i get to knock off early n go shopping, heh heh. imagine starting the day at 9 n going off at 4, with 2 tea breaks in between. shiok man. n just nice this wk is my bdae, so get to gai gai a bit. too bad din manage to buy anithing. speaking of my bdae, this yr i received the most bdae wishes, but the least presents. haha. mayb recession coming, everybody tighten belts liao. :'(
had 2 impt appointments this week, but was late for both of them, cos i got stuck in the jam n the bus was late. super suay, n i had already left earlier.. almost wanted to kill all the ppl who got in my way. the most suay one was on sun. duno that the standard chartered marathon was on tat day oso, n i tout that they will cordon off the whole area. who noes they oni closed 2 lanes n the bus still went through tat route. end up stuck in the stupid jam until i was almost late for my exam. ran like mad n managed to make it in time. the moment i sat down den the exam start liao. haha. hopefully this yr can pass the exam..
went marina barrage on sat. the place quite nice, but i think go n c once is enough. went to soak feet in the water fountain, haha. feels kind of childish, but the feeling quite shiok, like foot spa like tat. with so mani ppl soaking their feet there, i wonder if the drinking water will have a funny taste... lol
