there r many kinds of ppl in this world, with many different kinds of personalities. somehow being quiet seems to b a flaw, while being noisy is not. no matter how competent u r, no matter how u can get things done, as long as u r quiet, ppl will expect u to change. i think its rather funni. n if there is a leader, there must b a follower to follow. but somehow in the workplace, ppl expect u to b leaders, to exhibit leadership. if everybody is a leader, then who will b the followers? makes me kind of wonder the type of narrow mindset everybody has at work.
