today my pm told us while previously he had said he will give us days off if we work during wkend, the precondition is tat we work ot on weekdays oso. if we nvr work ot on weekdays n purposely go back to work during wkend, den he wont give us off, cos as engineers, we are EXPECTED to work ot from time to time. i wonder wat his time to time refers to. from january to december?

den sometime back he said he would prefer us to go holidays in december, or rather expect us to go during tat time, cos tat's the period when we r the most unproductive. on first thought it sounds logical, but upon deeper thought, why shld we do tat? dec is the travel peak season. so hard to book tickets, plus prices r higher. i told my colleague dec shld b the time when HE go on holidays n we stay in office nuah.. haha.. somemore my sakura oni bloom in apr.. bochup him. when the time comes i juz book first den take leave

got once when we stayed back past 7.30pm for some meeting. den when i was about to return, one gal said the exit door is locked at 7.30pm, so i have to exit by another way. i said isit? i duno tat. den she said obviously i have not ot enough.. -_____-

i think such subtle things hinted by them r good enough for outsiders to noe wat kind of working policy they advocate..
