worked half hr "OT" on tues cos of the conference call n it will b on a weekly basis.. -__-.. "OT" (not OT) cos most ppl leave at least one hr after official time so half hr isnt realli OT to them.. my fren waited for mi n even missed the shuttle bus she was supposed to take cos i told her i was going down.. wed worked 20 min "OT" cos my fren watching movie wif her fren n she wants to leave late.. but mainly cos her colleagues gave her weird looks when she left on time.. since she waited for mi on tues so i waited for her oso.. den tdy she watching movie again n want to leave late again.. again mainly cos nobody in her dept leave on time.. this time i told her im leaving on the dot.. 没义气？ or just abiding by wat i feel is comfortable?

have to admit its cos my area is partitioned from the rest n her area can b seen by her other colleagues so its different situations n i can toke a bit of 风凉话 here.. but i duno y ppl have to compete to c who leave latest juz to show tat they r working hard.. so boliao to stay back juz to read docs.. or worse still.. doing nothing. even newspapers wrote tat leaving earlier than ur boss doesnt mean u r not working.. but still a few frens work late to impress.. think this kind of culture is hard to get rid of

mum suddenly brought up the topic of moving house again.. every few mths den will bring up.. but this time is diff cos my father actually agreed to consider.. den my bro protested cos of the finances etc etc.. sometimes growing up is such a pain. so mani things to consider n plan.. i juz let them plan out everything themselves n let mi noe the amt i have to fork out.. save mi the trouble n headache.. but have to keep emphasizing tat im now working on CONTRACT n NOT perm.. dun b overly optimistic that i will convert to perm or wat.. everytime hope high high den sure get disappointed.. everytime happi n yaya den will kena shit.. god realli noes how to play pranks on ppl
