today i got the chance to experience being a mentor.. n its quite ok.. though i cant say for the mentee.. haa. got assigned this "task" by my team lead to mentor a newcomer who just transferred from another dept to my team.. i tried my best to keep things simple n oni tell him the simple stuffs but i think from his blur look he oni got a gist of wat i said.. -__-.. duno which to tell now n which should leave for later.. tried to recall wat it was like when i was being mentored.. but i think most of the time i was just dozing off at notes i was reading.. haa.. n i dun even remember some of the installation steps even though i had reinstalled a few mths back.. hope tmr he dun ask me too mani questions which i duno how to ans.. otherwise reflect v badly on me.. haa
