i survived

the week finally "passed". i survived the 3 days of "managing" the team.. haha. duno if its pure bad luck or the guy has been bearing the burden all along, but i kena a lot of arrows in these 3 days when he was not around. n since i duno a lot of things, it oni shows the manager tat he was rite in promoting the guy n letting him lead the team rather than me, who can barely do things without consulting him. but watever. dun realli have the motivation to 摸清 the project's 的底. duno if im just plain lazy or i have the innate dislike for low level stuffs, but just the sight of the watever registers, bytes, memory n shit is enough to send me to sleep. hate doing the calculation, argh.

despite leaving nxt wk, i still got a pay raise for this mth, hurhur. n it's rather sian to c an unexpected % of raise. which means i jumped to the new co with a lower raise -__-. heng i got the new offer, otherwise with the old offer, the raise is realli not worth the jump. haiz. shld b happy tat i still got a few wks of higher pay? n probably the encashed leave will earn me more $$ oso, heh heh. when my manager passed me the pay slip he told me it's my new pay raise n den he added "aiya doesnt matter lah". -__-. duno wat to say.

aniway, one more wk to go. hopefully ppl dun start finding me for solutions after the 3 "high-profile" days. n hopefully everything goes well for my new job. need more motivation to learn new things!! $__$
